Cancellation Policy
We respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for any missed, rescheduled or cancelled appointments. A 50% (of entire service booked) fee will be charged for any no-shows or cancellations without the required 24-hour notice. After 3 without adequate notice cancellations, your privileges of online and pre-booking appointments will be lost. You may be asked to reschedule if you are more than 15 minutes late.
